I’m Cindy, your wedding concierge. As a full-time wedding and event planner, I am able to give you my full attention and be there with you for the good times and the challenging times. I have been fully engaged in the wedding industry since April of 2018. Before that, I was in the corporate world of America. I had the privilege of working with high end executives for over 25 years. My favorite part of my time in the corporate world was planning luncheons, dinners, holiday parties and conventions. I had the honor of working for The Walt Disney Company for my last 17 years of corporate. At Disney, I learned about sales and marketing as well as high end events. I loved working with “The Mouse”, but that was never enough for me. In my spare time and lunch breaks, I would moonlight as a wedding planner. My destiny was always to be YOUR wedding planner.
With a countless amount of wedding experience, I feel confident with the skills and knowledge that I have gained in both my corporate job and my personal business.
I became a certified wedding planner in February of 2020 after taking the “Refine for Wedding Planners” course in Austin, TX.
I have been married since 2009, share 4 fur babies with my husband and embrace my Hispanic culture. I am a fully ordained minister and speak fluent Spanish. I love a tackling a challenging task. What can I say? I work great under pressure.
Meet Lili. Lili has been with Ink & Rose Events since 2021. She has been a great addition to our team and really embraces our couples. She brings a gentle and nurturing touch to every wedding.
Our Extended Team
There is no “i” in the word entrepreneur. Every entrepreneur needs a support system no matter if they are a new business or an established business. I can honestly say I hit the jackpot when it comes to my support system.
My Extended Team consists of fabulous woman that have a combined experience of over 20 years in the wedding industry. They are my mentors, my people. We not only work well together, we play together, too.
Karen is the ultimate entrepreneur owning two separate businesses. She has 10+ years in planning weddings and also owns a business where she rents out furniture and large signage for weddings. Karen is someone I love to work with. We not only assist at one another’s weddings, we learn together, grow together and are better together.
Soltana is no-nonsense when it comes to weddings. She has over 18 years in the wedding industry owning her own business. I am no stranger to taking weddings under her brand and learn something new at every wedding I work with her. She has also assisted under my brand and we always make great team.
Bel is our go-to gal. She is there for all of us at any time of the day. As a venue representative, she is the perfect friend to have by your side to give you all the tips and tricks to behind the scenes venue life.
