Our Story

Our small business was established in April of 2018 (and survived a pandemic). Since then, we are proud to have planned and executed countless weddings, events and parties, including non-profit events. With our team growing, we continue to educate ourselves from our clients, mentors and professional educators. We are so excited to have many future clients in our future and can’t wait to continue our adventures!

We are proud to be a preferred and partnered vendor with The Maxwell House in Pasadena. 

We love to give back! We donate 10% of every client fee to Hand in Paw Animal Rescue in Monrovia, CA. We are so proud to have donated over $5,000 since 2019 and we keep on donating!



Hi! I’m Cindy and I am so excited to be here for you. I have been fully engaged in the wedding industry since April of 2018. I am a seasoned wedding and event professional with a background in the corporate world of America; I like to say my formal training came from working with high end executives at The Walt Disney Company for 17 years. I became a certified wedding planner in February of 2020 after taking the “Refine for Wedding Planners” course in Austin, TX.

Fun Facts about me:

  • I have been married since 2009 and share 4 fur babies with my husband
  • I fully embrace my Hispanic culture and understand and speak fluent Spanish
  • I am an ordained minister
  • I am a huge fan of The Los Angeles Dodgers! Go Blue!



Marina has been with Ink & Rose Events since 2019. She has a passion for assisting clients in a fun & stress-free manner and strives to create strong relationships. We love how talented she is with design and building the perfect plan for your event. She brings wonderful enthusiasm and hard work to every event.

Fun Facts about Marina:

  • When she isn’t working she’s busy running around & creating memories with her 2 toddlers.

  • She loves to travel. Hawaii is a top destination for her.

  • She loves to plan & decorate for any event. Whether it’s a baby shower, birthday party, or holiday party, she always goes above & beyond.



Lilli has been with Ink & Rose Events since 2021. After receiving her Communication Studies degree, she began assisting with wedding coordination at our company. While she works as an assistant on your wedding day, she also runs Ink & Rose Events’ social media pages and all behind the scenes. She aims to capture all the special moments of a wedding and sneak a glimpse of the magic that happens on each and every wedding day.

Fun facts about Lilli:

  • She was born and raised in Berlin, Germany.
  • Her favorite hobby is painting murals and doing “DIY” projects.
  • She is a weekly regular at the New Beverly Cinema.

Our Extended Team

There is no “i” in the word entrepreneur. Every entrepreneur needs a support system no matter if they are a new business or an established business. I can honestly say I hit the jackpot when it comes to my support system. My Extended Team consists of fabulous woman that have a combined experience of over 20 years in the wedding industry. They are my mentors, my people. We not only work well together, we play together, too.


Karen is the ultimate entrepreneur owning two separate businesses. She has 10+ years in planning weddings and also owns a business where she rents out furniture and large signage for weddings. Karen is someone I love to work with. We not only assist at one another’s weddings, we learn together, grow together and are better together.


Soltana is no-nonsense when it comes to weddings. She has over 18 years in the wedding industry owning her own business. I am no stranger to taking weddings under her brand and learn something new at every wedding I work with her. She has also assisted under my brand and we always make great team.


Bel is our go-to gal. She is there for all of us at any time of the day. As a venue representative, she is the perfect friend to have by your side to give you all the tips and tricks to behind the scenes venue life.
